Ну что я могу сказать в данной ситуации, только посоветовать покупать возвратный билет с какой-то супер-страховкой, которая покроет отказ авиакомпании сажать на рейс
А чего ж решили переспросить, если такая уверенность 😎
Поэтому и переспросил, потому что не уверена на все 100. Блогеров с Филиппин спросила, вроде все да твердят, но не понятно да или нет в итоге

1. Passengers must have:
- a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; or
- a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken at most 24 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 4 years;
- nationals of the Philippines with:
- a positive COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; and
- a positive COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at least 10 days and at most 30 days before departure from the first embarkation point; and
- a medical certificate specifying that they do not have COVID-19 symptoms and are not contagious.
2. Passengers must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 15 days before departure from the first embarkation point. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covishield, Covaxin, Covovax, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm and Sinovac. The certificate must be:
- VaxCertPH; or
- issued in Albania, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, Chinese Taipei, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Ecuador, Egypt, Estonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong (SAR China), India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Macao (SAR China), Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Myanmar, Netherlands, Nepal, New Zealand, Oman, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Palau, Panama, Peru, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Samoa, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Syria, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Tunisia, Turkey, USA, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Vietnam or Virgin Isl. (British).
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 12 years accompanied by a fully vaccinated parent/guardian;
- nationals of the Philippines.
3. Nationals of the Philippines without a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated, are subject to quarantine for 14 days.
- This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years accompanied by their fully vaccinated parent or guardian.
4. Passengers must present the ‘One Health Pass Registration’ at time of check-in from the first international leg. The pass can be found at found at 84628/ . The registration will generate a bar code or a QR code which must be presented upon arrival.
- This does not apply to passengers with a 9(e) visa.
5. Passengers must have travel insurance to cover COVID-19 expenses, with a minimum coverage of USD 35,000.
- This does not apply to:
- nationals of the Philippines and their spouses and children;
- passengers with a visa issued by the Philippines (excluding 9(a)visas);
- former nationals of the Philippines (Balikbayans) and their accompanying spouses and children.
6. Visa exemptions have been reinstated.
7. Suspension of all visa on arrival facilities.
