Добрый день, посоветуйте, как поступить. Сейчас в Мск, срок действия карточки в krungthai bank истекает visa, хочу получить новую от банка. Как я могу это сделать удалённо? Также хочу подключить интернет банкинг и сделать личный кабинет. Паттайя, Таиланд

Насколько я знаю, никак. Только личный визит.

Кстати, если вдруг кому-то понадобится. Узнал способ как это сделать. Вот их ответ из колл центра. We would like to inform you that currently our bank provide the channel to issue the new debit card by 2 channels. Firstly, issue the new debit card via Krungthai NEXT application. If you use Krungthai NEXT application please follow below instruction ;

Issue the new card, if you register mobile application

- Open Krungthai NEXT
- Select "Services" menu
- Enter mobile PIN
- Select "Debit/Travel" menu on the top center of this screen
- Select your card
- You will see your card picture
- Press on "More" menu (Under the card picture)
- Press issue card
- Fill in the address in Thailand (You are able to input the trust person address who are able to deliver card to your oversea address for you)
- There is entrance fee 100THB

Issue the new card, if you give power to attorney visit at opening branch on your behalf

However, if you did not register for mobile banking. We recommend you to give power to trust person visit at open branch and issue the new card on your behalf. But the required documents which the branch officer request as the following list ;

- Copy of passport with true certified signature
- Passbook
- Authorize letter need to be verified and certified by Notary Public and Royal Thai Embassy in original country and then have attorney bring this letter to The Ministry of Foreign Affairs/Department of consular affairs to certified Notary public signature
(In case of the letter not in English/Thai require English/Thai translate version too)
- Attorney Citizen ID/Passport

*If bring old debit card, there is no entrance fee which is 100THB.

В обоих вариантах нужна доверенность. Ну что ж, тоже неплохо. Не самый плохой вариант. Спасибо большое, будем иметь ввиду.
